We offer quick and easy access to appointments so there's no long waiting times to see a GP. We aim to see our patients within 24 hours and the surgery is open 6 days a week – see our opening times.

We offer longer appointment times to give you quality time with our friendly GPs. This allows them to better understand and listen to your healthcare needs, and helps build a meaningful, lasting two-way relationship.

Flexibility in choice of how and when you can be seen

We are bringing back the concept of the traditional family GP to offer compassionate, flexible and caring services for you, your family and loved ones. However, whilst our concept is traditional, you will have access to our modern, convenient, safe, comfortable, clean and state-of-the-art facility in central Lytham St Annes.

To fit into our patients' differing lifestyles, we offer the choice of either face to face (in-clinic), phone or video consultations. We also offer home visits to patients who are unable to attend the surgery (subject to your plan and our catchment area).
