The flu can be very serious for many people and can make you feel quite unwell. Having an annual vaccination gives the best protection against flu and can mean - if you do get the flu after you’ve been vaccinated - that your symptoms will be milder. It also helps to protect those around you who may not be able to get the jab, or who are more vulnerable due to health complaints.

Having the flu vaccine will help to prevent you from being seriously ill if you also get coronavirus at the same time.

We are able to offer vaccines to people who might not qualify for a flu vaccine through the NHS scheme.

The vaccine is one single annual injection in the upper arm.
